How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Manage your subscription directly in the store where you purchased KarbCoach.
Open the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android, go to your account Subscriptions,
choose KarbCoach, then change your plan or cancel. Any billing changes and refunds follow the store policies.
Does KarbCoach require a CGM?
No. KarbCoach can be used without any glucose monitor. You can use meal photos, quick logging,
and habit reflections on their own. If you already use a continuous glucose monitor, you can
look at your CGM information together with what you see in KarbCoach and talk about both with
your health care professional. KarbCoach does not read or interpret CGM data and does not replace medical tools.
The app crashed or froze
First update KarbCoach to the latest version. Toggle Airplane mode off and on, then force close and relaunch the app.
Check photo and camera permissions if meal photos do not work. If the issue continues, email us with your device,
operating system, app version, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if you have them.
How do I find my app version?
Open KarbCoach, go to Profile or Settings, then tap About. Please include the app version in your support email
so we can help you more quickly.
Account and sign in issues
Confirm the sign in method you used when you first created your account, such as email, Apple, or Google.
Check for typing errors and make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you still cannot sign in,
contact support and include your device, operating system, and any error message that appears.
Billing looks out of sync with the app
After you change plans or renew, it may take a short time for everything to update. Make sure you are using
the latest app version and are signed into the same Apple or Google account that you used to subscribe.
Try logging out and back in to refresh your account state. If things still seem out of sync, contact support.
Is KarbCoach a medical app?
No. KarbCoach is intended for general wellness and education only. It uses non-clinical scores
and approximate nutrition estimates to support reflection on meals and habits. It does not measure glucose,
diagnose or treat any condition, or replace your health care professional. Always consult your health care
professional for questions about your health, medications, or disease management.
